By using Hundrads you agree to these terms.

What Hundrads does

Hundrads is a review-and-approval layer between AI agents and your marketing accounts. Agents can only create drafts and read data. No ad is created and no content is posted without your explicit approval in the dashboard. Ads are always created PAUSED — you remain in control of all spend in Meta Ads Manager.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for reviewing drafts before approving them.
You must have the right to advertise on the connected ad accounts and Pages.
You must comply with Meta's Advertising Standards, Platform Terms, and applicable law.

Spend & approvals

Hundrads never starts ad spend automatically. Approving a draft creates the corresponding object in your Meta account in a paused state; activating it is a separate, explicit action you take. You are responsible for any spend you authorize.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PandaiTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for ad spend you authorize. We may change or discontinue features with notice.

Termination

You may stop using Hundrads and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or to comply with platform requirements.
