Hundrads is a safe middle layer between a user's AI agent and their marketing accounts. Agents create drafts; a human reviews and approves them in our dashboard; only an approval pushes anything to a connected platform. This policy explains what data we access when you connect a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account and how we handle it.

Information we access from Meta

When you connect your Meta account via Facebook Login for Business, you grant Hundrads permission to access, on your behalf and with your account's token:

your ad accounts and their advertising performance data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, insights/metrics);
your Facebook Pages and connected Instagram accounts that you select for advertising;
comments on the posts behind your ads, so you can review and reply to them;
your basic Facebook profile (name and user ID) to identify the connection.

We request only the permissions needed for these features and only act on the accounts and Pages you choose.

How we use it

Read your ads, insights, and comments so your agent and you can study performance and draft new work.
Create paused ads in your ad account — only after you explicitly approve a draft in the dashboard. New ads are always created PAUSED; nothing spends until you turn it on yourself in Meta Ads Manager.
Apply changes you approve (budget, status, ad copy, comment replies/hides) to your live objects.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising to you, or share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that run the service (database, hosting) under confidentiality obligations.

How we store it

Your Meta access token is stored encrypted at rest (AES via Fernet) and is decrypted only momentarily to make a request to Meta on your behalf. It is never logged or displayed back to you. Performance data we read is held in our database to power the dashboard and is scoped to your workspace.

Retention & deletion

You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from the dashboard Meta tab; this immediately deletes the stored token.
If you remove the Hundrads app from your Facebook settings, Meta notifies us and we delete your stored connection automatically.
